Prior to any works commencing all estimates or quotes must be signed by the recipient or alternatively an acceptance email must be sent in return detailing that the job has been accepted & the recipient is happy to go ahead with the works on the accepted date.
A 25 day expiry time frame will be applied to all estimates do to the forever rising cost in materials.
A 25% cancellation fee will be applied & will have to be paid by the recipient of works are cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) of the start date that is booked in with the client.
A 1 year warranty on any work carried out by ourselves that has become faulty due to our workmanship is applied to Al works. This also applies to a product or products installed & supplied by ourselves that becomes faulty, this does not cover or apply to customer supplied products. Any warranty extensions will need to be registered by the customer themselves & any relevant paperwork will be left with the customer.
